How it works

Our kiosks transform your leftover foreign bills and coins into valuable gift cards and donations to worthy causes.

STEP 1 – Insert your foreign bills and coins.

We accept all bills and the more valuable coins from the following currencies:

  • Canadian Dollars
  • Euros
  • British Pounds
  • Swiss Francs
  • Japanese Yen

The Leftovercash kiosk adds it all up, applies the daily foreign exchange rate supplied by Currency Exchange International and arrives at a US $ value. We then subtract our flat-rate transaction fee of $3.99 and the balance is your leftovercash!

STEP 2 – Choose the gift card(s) that you want.

You can then choose to spend your leftovercash on a Vicente Foods Supermarket gift card.

STEP 3 – Donate the remainder.

If after buying some gift cards, you’ve still got a little leftovercash, you can either:

  • Donate it to our charitable partner, The Giving Spirit or
  • Top off your leftovercash balance with a swipe of your credit card and purchase one more gift card to enjoy!
